I bought a new tracfone phone three days ago. I also spent $50 on minutes that the phone will not accept. $30 was spent online $20 was spent on one of their cards. Have contacted customer service in two emails and have only gotten aut-responses.
Fix my phone!! I want this phone. I want the service. I just want to be able to use it. When I signed into my account I had a message saying call customer service- I tried that and it ate up all the factory pre-set minutes that I had-
I should not have to pay to call customer service- that's a serious crock!!! Just fix my phone!!!! Or give me my $70 back- 50 for minutes 20 for the phone.
