Why Me Tracphone:

Posted Mon January 18, 2010 2:54 pm, by Paul F. written to Tracphone

I sent a complaint to your telling you of the worst possible service I have ever had. You replied the next day with information to reset my phone and enter codes. you also sent me 150 minutes. I was OK with that and promptly entered the codes and everything looked like it was OK. IE: codes were accepted and minutes were credited. I tried to make a call this morning and the phone does not work. All it says if this is an emergency call 911. I tried to call the phone and it says the customer is not accepting calls. This was my first attempt at using the phone. It has already eaten 6 minutes and I have not even connected to anything. I informed you in the first complaint which in reality was my 20th at least not to mention at least 10 hrs on the phone with technical support which is a joke. The straight talk phone worked perfect but your people once again messed that up. I thought using the regular Tracphone would make it easy. I am guessing there is no easy with Tracphone.

Its about time Tracphone stood up and did the right thing. I am very upset about the straight talk phone as well as the trackphone. If you think I am a nut or something feel free to look up my accounts read the records and see for yourself. I am also an electronic technician with 30+ yrs experience. Pretty sure I can dial a phone and enter codes.
