Worst customer service from any company in 56 yrs.

I ordered 2 phones. Both were useless. I disconnected one and asked that the minutes be transferred to the other. No minutes arrived. Many calls and 3 hangups 20minutes or more into each call I was again hung up on after being switched to someone else. I also tried straight-talk. When I tried to purchase the following month to keep it activated. They said I had a security issue after trying for 2 hrs and hung up when they could not figure out what they did wrong. I was unable to get it refilled for the first time. So far I have spent 110.00 in 2 months and still have no service from either company. Which I understand is the same one. I purchased all 3 phones to replace my home phone and now do not have a home phone except for yahoo. 2675191070.
Refund. Although I highly doubt that will happen anytime soon. Replace the straight talk phone with one that works and is refillable. I already know they will just pretend to not understand english. Worst customer service on the planet. Barr none. If I treated my customers like they treated me I would have none. I am pretty sure that is where they will be in the not 2 distant future. pfarley10@yahoo.com
