This is the third time thru planet feedback and god only knows how many calls. You seemed to fix the problem on the first try but when I tried to use the phone it showed my account expired 1/15/09. If I purchased the phones 2 months ago how can that be. Since my second complaint failed to bring a response I decided to try customer service again. After 1 hr on the phone and 2 different people I was told it would be escalated and I would receive a callback within 1 hr. That was last week. I am still waiting for the call. How hard can it be to get this thing right. Half way does not count. PA law states an item must be fit for the purpose its purchased. IE law of merchantability. If you fail to resolve this issue I will make this a totally public problem. Since I also called using yahoo I have a record of all calls and the length of time. I can not believe you have managed to stick it to me in this manner. This is the last time before I do my best to let the world know. I am disabled and do not work.
