Background Noise and Music TOO Loud=

All TV Stations=We can not hear the words on the programs.The music is always TOO loud in the background for the program.Please cut back on the volume of the background noise and background music so that we may enjoy the programs.
We are not the only people complaining about this.We do not know who to contact for this complaint.Please help.


Cut back on the noise and background music on all TV programs please.
