I received a $150 dollar voucher returning from Chicago to Pittsburgh a few months ago, because my bags didn't make it on the plane. My girlfriend and I were two of four passengers that did not complain about having to wait an hour and a half for the next flight to come in. We sat in the waiting area. After the line cleared out the service representative came out and thanked those of us that...

I was booked on your Newark to Denver filght and was asked at check in if the airline could buy my seat and give me a round trip ticket in the continental US. I said yes and proceded to the gate. I tried to check with the gate personal several times as to the status of my situation. She dismissed me each time and then as the plane is completely full and I am the last person standing the gate...

I flew on United from Chicago O Hare to Dallas on Jan 8th, 2009. On reaching DFW, I was told that one of my bags has been lost. My residence is in Austin but I landed in Dallas to stay with my cousin for a few days. They asked me send some stupid PPQ form which I sent by Jan 26th. They said they will process and send bag or reimbursement money in 45-60 days.
Firstly-UNITED does not have the...

I booked a work flight from Chicago to Minneapolis. My partner decided to come with me and booked a trip on the same flight. My work trip got canceled, so my partner called to cancel or reschedule his flight, and was told there is a $150 change fee!!! I've never heard of such a thing. His fare was under $150, so basically United said "well, thanks for the $100+... bye!". I will...
