We were told at the airport it woulds arrive the following day on another flight. When we never heard from anyone we began calling the Kona airport ticket counter and baggage. We would get a message machine but no return call. We went to the...

I must agree with the woman who had her luggage "absconded" by United. I have had the same experience ON CHRISTMAS EVE!. I have been given the runaround by 4 different customer service reps---none of whom would speak understandable English-----and given different stories. On my flight #1669 from SFO to HOU, Kelly the flight attendant asked if I wanted a drink. I asked for a coke and a water. I purchased a Cheeseburger and also needed to take my medicine. I received a cup of coke and a cup of water. I immediately drank the coke and asked for a refill. The Flight Attendant, KELLY, said I gave you a cup of coke and water already. Kelly said she needed to give...
