I (One pass #KM383168) just booked a flight for 2 people from EWR to PUJ and because the only seats on the plane are premier seats the United system will not assign seats for my reservation unless I pay for a premier seat. So I called your customer service and they could not assign me a seat either but suggested that I could assign myself seats 24 hours before take-off. Isnt that nice!!...

I got on the jet, my bag apparently did not. All day long I have kept calling about status of my bag and finally I spoke with a lady in the baggage claim office who said my bag will not be delivered until midnight. I told them that would be unacceptable, because I work in an office and my office would not be anyone here to accept my bag at midnight.
