United took about 1 hour and 20 minutes just to handle and check my bags. The check-in area was a mass of chaos. Customers were climbing over bags. I had checked in on line the previous night.
I was with a ski club of about 38 people. We...

This requires driving through two mountain tunnels. On 3/1/2010 it was raining in Rio and there was a very bad accident in one of the tunnels....

My husband and I were recently trapped in Machu Picchu due to the natural disaster that was due to flooding and landslides. Due to the railway collapse (no roads in or out) we were trapped for five days with over 2,000 other tourists and were eventually evacuated out of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) by helicopter. The country was in a state of Emergency and it was a very serious...

The baggage handlers broke a gentleman's guitar and he wrote a song about it on Youtube. I really think you should watched the video. The guy seems like a really nice guy. The flight attendants were not helpful and pretty much everyone from United told him " there is nothing they could do about it. It cost him $1,200.00 to fix the guitar. So I really don't think United wants negative...
