"Bravo" UPS

My package was finally delivered on a wrong address !!! One of the two best things in the story: It's signed by "Michelle" and the very best one: THE ADDRESS DOESN'T EXIST!!!

I sent confidental documents via UPS and they are not even able to deliver them on the right address. I contacted the Edmonton local police in order to track the package and get it from where it has been delivered and I was told that this address doesn't exist in Edmonton. The postal code doesn't match too.The address postal code matches an address of a NIGHT CLUB called the Cowboys !!! I sent my package to Goverment of CANADA!!!!! Now a wrong person has my package with my and my husbands social secutrity numbers, bank stetaments , credit card numbers, T4 T1 , passport and UPS doesn't care !!!

HOW CAN YOU DELIVER SOMETHING ON A NON EXISTING ADDRESS AND HAVE A SIGNATURE FOR IT? Don't you know that this is a scam ??? PLUS the signature supposed to be from a gov. worker so it's even easier for me to proof that the package was never there.

I hope for UPS that the package is on the right address and it's just a mistake on the delivery proof. Making up an address and an identity , I don't know for here, but from where I come from and as a recenly graduated lawyer,I can tell you is concidered as a fraud .

NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!

explain all this joke ! Next air day delivery GUARANTEED - package arrived 6 days later ! Once when it's arrived, the package is delivered to an non existing address. BEST PART - how they have a signature for it !!!

The only thing I can add by Svetlana B. Sat January 3, 2009 @ 12:24 AM

an important contract to a brokers office. Set it up for next day
priority air (10 am). We had terrible weather across the state that
night and it was delayed.

Apparently the driver was so far behind in his route that he could not
be bothered to take it to the correct suite number in the building
(when it was already late!) so he left these confidential documents
with another tenant.

When I contacted UPS, they wanted me to wait until the next day (since
it was already nearly 4 pm!) to have someone dispatched to take the
package from the 3rd floor to the 7th floor.

My jaw hit the floor! I asked the UPS rep why couldn't the tenant who
signed for it and took responsibility for a package that wasn't hers
hoof her happy little butt upstairs so the broker (who was VERY
irritated by now!) wouldn't have to wait another day? It was as if
that was the most brilliant suggestion this woman had ever heard! And
yes, they did have the other tenant drop it off for us with no further
issue.

But it's nice to know they are as lacking in common sense in Canada as
they are here in the US. Next time I'd try faxing or scanning the
documents in and emailing them. Far less chance of them being
"misdelivered."

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm sorry for my grammar and
spelling mistakes.
I was extremly upset while writing the post.

I'm not an native English speaker and my English is not perfect. It
becomes even worst when I'm upset, lol no idea why.

I didn't know that someone could judge someone's else level od
education just because of the grammar or spelling mistakes the person
makes.

I tried to correct my mistake in my previous posts , but I couldn't.

Sorry once again.

Thanks for all the posts :D
It's funny, It's what I was doing today, stuffing my face in chocolate
lol kidding...

I have no idea what to do.If the package is in wrong hands I'm in big
**** since someone can easliy clone my or my husbands identity.

Delivery delay, ok it happens. But making up an address and making a
false signature from someone who works in gov. office , it's another.
Hopefully I will have an good explanation tomorrow and not only "we
are sorry" and my refund.
They own me a passport, the amount I spend for the gov.fee ect.
How they plan to replace this?
I'll stay in the damn store till I have no answer.I hope they will
call the police too.I can't wait to report a claim for this.Puting me
and my husband in danger to be cloned, making me lose my status and my
work permit since everything was there.
SO passport, plane ticket, the salary I lost because I lost my right to
have the work permit and covering up their mistake by making up an
false delivery.

And I wouldn't say I'm sorry even if the package was delivered on the
right place, and just the address on the signature image was wrong, cuz
of the hell they and their call agents made me go through for the last
week.
Rude, clueless, careless , blaming people in their company that they
lie, giving false information and doing nothing to find someone (who
trusted them) confidental documents.

I have to leave the country cuz they were late with the package , but
now i can't since the passport was there.
And yes,maybe someone will say I shouldn't sent the passport,but I was
asked from the gov, office to mail it with courier since there is no
walk in there. It's courrier address only.

I won't use UPS ever again. Not even to send a chocolate to grandma..
NEVER !!!
Ahh... I'm looking forward to hear the next version of the story and
how they plan to get my documents and status back.
Since I had to advice couple of places of my lack of status, I called
police too and I was told that if on the end it turns out to be a fake
delivery just to cover up the lost of the package, plus if they invent
that a person working in the gov.office signed, i can sue them.

Let you know if someone from the customer service answers.

Marry Xmas everybody

I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. The crazy part is
my name and address were correct on the package. They delivered it a
few blocks away. Good thing I only ordered pet supplies and the person
they delivered it to was honest enough to call me. Needless to say, I
was livid with UPS. When I called them and complained, they had the
nerve to say that the reason it was probably delivered there was
because I wasn't home and the delivery person felt it was best to have
a neighbor sign for it. It made no sense as I was home all day as I
was expecting this delivery and while I could see leaving it with a
neighbor who lived next door to me, I cannot fathom why the delivery
man would leave it with someone who lived a few blocks away. To this
day, I'm still boggled by this but I'm happy to say that I've never
experienced that again.

Oh wow...I dont even have words for this. I read your first letter
was felt for you, but this...well this is just WRONG, on more levels
than I can count.

I am soooo sorry for this mess you are experiencing.

i will never understand why a company that does ONE THING, and claims
to do that one thing better than all its competitors can make such a
colossal mess.
