Problem With Items being delivered

My husband and I recently purchased a Truck Tent. When we ordered this we used UPS for delivery. After checking the tracking number: 1ZRV08700398783532, it showed that it was delivered. After searching all around our home, we never found the item. Considering there are many children that run all over our neighborhood, we figured that someone must of taken it off of our porch. The delivery driver came yesterday and tried to get my roomate to sign a paper saying the first tent was delivered even when he kept telling him it wasn't, My husband was taking a nap and was woke up, the UPS guy then tried to get him to sign saying it was delivered, When he asked him why would I sign for something I never got he had him sign saying it never was delivered. Now today I get a replacement and its packaging is all smashed??? UPS. Tracking # 1ZRV08700396610703
Replace the items that you guy's destroyed in shipment. The two times i've called regarding a problem I have had horrible customer service. No matter how many times I've asked not to have things just left on the front porch, it continues. This is in plain view of the entire neighborhood and it's pretty easy to just put the item either in the boat next to the house or behind the fence.
