Me & My Girlfriend That Live 8 Miles From Each Other Sent Sting Envelopes To Catch Them..Pilfering From The Mail.. Her P.O. Is The San Bernardino,Ca Mail Distribution Center We Have Received Mail That Was Tampered With And I Have The PROOF :( UGH

Rates haven't gone up at my office and all post offices are supposed
to be the same. Also if you feel there was mail tampering done why
have you contacted pfb and not the postal inspectors?

well, don't forget PFB can't actually verify such claims by PepperElf Thu August 30, 2012 @ 12:04 PM

Why can't the post office raise prices on "your shift"? Does the post
master report to you? Do you get the final say?

Technically yes. The "final say" being to vote with your feet that is. by PepperElf Mon August 27, 2012 @ 9:48 AM

Because... well you really haven't said why they're not allowed to.

You've gone on about how you claim to have caught them in a "sting"
but ... that's not really related. Nor do I see it as official
evidence of guilt of anything. Although depending on what was in the
envelope ... what one person calls a "sting" a real court and judge
may just call "entrapment".

But that still doesn't prove why they're not allowed to raise prices.
Mainly because... they are allowed to raise prices.

There is a post office in Florida we use. I do not think they are
entirely honest. Many packages has fallen off the face of the earth
after being dropped off there. Complaints to the post master did no
good, and complaints going up the organizational line did not either.
Perhaps Laura and her beau need to use the main post office.

I like how the proof of fraud only comes out after they raise your
post office rates. Why havnt you gone to the post master about this
already??

This is what you indicated in your complaint to USPS.

I feel That There Could Be Raises In Certain Prices But $30.00 In One

To GET MORE MONEY$$$$$$$ & WE GET LESS SERVICE jmho...

I understand that it is frustrating to have the yearly fee
increased...especially when you receive less service. Unfortunately,
USPS customer service reps have NO control over the price increase.
Heck, there will be a price increase this September at the Visitor
parking garage I work at as a contract parking attendant. The parking
company I work for has a contract with the university I work at as a
contract Visitor parking attendant. Neither my direct supervisor at
the parking company I work for nor I have ANY control over the price
increase.

I Also Informed Him Of The Thefts Pertaining To His Post Office.
Me & My Girlfriend That Live 8 Miles From Each Other Sent Sting
Envelopes To Catch Them..Pilfering From The Mail...

Did you bring this to the postmaster's attention BEFORE the price
increase happened? I hope you did.

Tampering with the mail is a federal offense. Serious stuff. I
suggest you contact your local Postmaster General and file a
legitimate complaint.
