Waiting for my package......again
by nancy z. of alto, Michigan written to United Parcel Service Posted Wed January 23, 2013 4:40 pm

Waited a week for this package to be delivered, now its lost dispite the tracking info saying it was delivered to my front door. Funny since I have a side door, not a front door and during a snow storm there were no tracks in my driveway. When I called UPS to complain, I was treated like I was lying because it said it had been delivered. Maybe I should check my neighbors house was the solution of...

I waited all all day for a package that was scheduled to be delivered today. I had been tracking the package from the UPS website. At one point I even called the UPS 1-800 number to double check that the info was correct. I told custumer service I may have to step out of my business for a few mintues, was it ok to leave a note on the door stating that the package could be left at a business that...

Well to start I receieved my first package bend up and crumpled with items falling out the box. Secondly I had more...

I live in Santee, California, on Strathmore Drive. Today, August 9, 2010, 4:25 PST, the UPS driver AGAIN drove by our house well in excess of the 25 mph speed limit. This is a quiet residential street.

I presume UPS furnishes their drivers with vehicles that have speedometers. Please ask this driver to look at his speedometer, and to note that the speed limit in our neighborhood is 25 mph....

Allow Weekend Pickup for your Customers

I paid extra for overnight delivery. The product was on backorder, but I needed it to arrive as soon as it was available. As such, there was no promise of a delivery date, but I did check online every day, waiting for the status to change to "shipped". However, when the package became available and was out for delivery, I was not notified in enough advance, and so I could not get home...
