My husband and I went into a UPS store today at 5047 West Main, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. We had the customer service rep named Keren. We were mailing out our laptop and when she brought out a regular box we asked why she wasn't using a normal laptop box. We just got ourselves a new UPS driver (Bill) and we are just thrilled with his customer service. He always has a great smile on his face and is willing to go out of his way to make sure things are right with his delivery. I stopped by the church I attend today to drop something off at the main building. On the door was a missed delivery notice from UPS. The problem? There is a very clear sign on that same door stating all deliveries go to the church office building next door. The regular driver knows this, so this must have been a substitute driver.

I ordered an evening bag from ebags.com for my daughter to use at her prom and at my son's wedding. I paid $26.95 for the purse plus shipping. It was shipped on April 17th to Lockport, IL 60441.
