I would like to call your attention to a problem involving overall experience at Value City Furniture, and I hope you can address this issue. Quite frankly, I'm livid about this. The store I'm referring to is at Value City Furniture
Tri County Store Kemper RD
Cincinnati OHIO.

I bought a sofa from Value City furniture in Cincinnati, Ohio in May of this year. (2002)
I had it delivered to my home. I paid extra for that.
when the sofa was delivered they left all the wood on the sofa taped up. I had to move the sofa to untape the legs etc. Little did I know there was a HUGE NAIL sticking out of the bottom of one of the legs! It deeply scratched my hardwood floors!
Within 3 months one of the boards inside the couch snapped in two! I called and they brought a new couch out. I told him about the scratched floor..........he said nothing. And believe it or not ANOTHER NAIL was
in one of the legs on the opposite side. Now my hardwood floors are DEEPLY scratched on both sides!
I am very angry. I was raised in this house and the floors were always kept nice.

After what happened, I won't recommend your products to others. I won't buy from you ever again.

Here's what I'd like Value City Furniture to do about this: I want the price of the couch (799.99 plus tax)
REFUNDED to me so I can have the floor repaired.
