A Very UnHappy Customer

I have been with Verizon Wireless since 11/29/2009, after being with ATT for 8 years. I switched for better coverage, but I have terrible phones, the network is great but I have had multiple device issues, and of coarse they say it's not us it is the cell phone manufacturer but I disagree, now my problem started Jan 2010 with my Droid, and I received 3 exchanges, then they switched me to a droid incredible, but had to replace that one for issues multiple times as well. I am still having problems, and so is my wife whose phone had to be switched as well. My daughters phone was also switched out as well. My wife went from a Droid Eris to an Incredible that is giving her problems, and it is not worth called to exchange because I have spent hours, long houres on the phone with them, like 40 hours on the phone with calls, and e-mails on their website. I would rather go back to ATT never had all these problems before. OH yea they sent me a new Droid Incredible, and extended my upgrade date which makes no sense to me because they sent the same phone. I am just tired of the equipment issues. It is so bad it makes me sick, I did not deal with this at ATT. Now I may spend as much as some people but 212 a month is paid and paid on time. Oh 1 more thing I was suppose to receive a credit for half my bill and did not, and I just let that go as well. I guess they do not have an executive custoomer service that can help
I want them to get my wife and I a phone that works without all these issues. I want us to get a different phone, this is so bad, but they will just keep taking my 212 a month, and I have a phone that works sometimes, but I do not pay my bill sometimes, just not fair at all.
