I have paid a bill as of 10/5/12. When Verizon applied the payment to the wrong account. They placed the bill in collections. Verizon than sent out a refund check that I never received or cashed. As of this point they are telling me that I have to ask for a refund check and than repay the amount to remove it from my credit report. This has been an error on Verizon's part and I am the one...

In May of 2010 I contacted verizon dsl to disconnect my service. I had recently lost my newborn daughter after going into labor at 6 months and had decided to move myself and my son back to San Diego to be with family. I provided Verizon with my PO Box address so they could send me the final bill. I never received a final bill and in my grief did not think to follow up on it. Now years later...

Verizon FiOS TV Service keeps trying to charge us over $250+ each month, after agreeing TWICE in writing to $149.30 per month. Since we signed up in Oct 2012 each bill has been over $300 each month.
