I cut off all services a year ago. Yet I received a bill for $131.97 a year later. I always paid bill through automatic payments when I cut off service the bill was paid and I received a credit. Our DSL connection was terminated in July due to non-payment of our bill, which I apologize for. When we called to pay our bill and have our internet reconnected, we were told we would be considered as "new" customers and would have to wait for our internet to be restored. We were given a date of August 5, but I was advised to call before then to try to move the date to a sooner time....

1. I have now received 3, yes, three wrong modems. The last one, a Westell 6100, came with not one word of instruction. Just the modem in a box.

so far, a total disaster.

1. Signed up for double freedom of 3 Mbit DSL and unlimited countrywide phone. Great deal offered with several months free. For comparison, current offer is a free notebook.
2. Received startup package. No modem.
3. Had to convince billing I did not get a modem
4. Three days later, received modem.
