I am writing to you in reference to an order I placed on October 2nd, 2011 with Verizon. I called on a Sunday and spoke to a very polite girl that ave me internet and phone when I asked for a bundle. For nearly the past month I have had either intermittant DSL service (1 1/2 weeks) or no service at all (2 weeks). I run an internet business and this has caused many hardships as we tried to offer continued service to our customers. On 7/18/11 we signed up for a package through Verizon. Our reason for doing so was based on the current promotion a $250 gift card. I was told to wait about 60 days or so and I would then receive the gift card.
On October 21 I called inquiring about our bill as well as the gift card. I was informed that I would receive a post card letting me know to call.

I am writing a letter to complain due to the long calls I had to make and the telephone/internet service issue. This all started when Verizon was on a strike. They charged me a final bill after I had paid for internet and phone servuce that didn't work for 4 months. After numerous calls to the Tech Suppirt NO ONE came to fix my issue. So I called in to expire the service and the supervisor advised me that I would not receive a final bill. They refuse to credit it and now I can not switch my cell phone service over verizon wireless. Unreal how rude...
