I cut off all services a year ago. Yet I received a bill for $131.97 a year later. I always paid bill through automatic payments when I cut off service the bill was paid and I received a credit. I never received a bill stating I still owed Verizo, I was told by Afni collections that when one cancels service they seperate the bills and I am still owed the above amount. when I canceled service...

Our DSL connection was terminated in July due to non-payment of our bill, which I apologize for. When we called to pay our bill and have our internet reconnected, we were told we would be considered as "new" customers and would have to wait for our internet to be restored. We were given a date of August 5, but I was advised to call before then to try to move the date to a sooner time....

About a year and a half ago I call up Verizon to inquire about service ( Due to a special free LCD TV promo ). The guy ended up telling me that I could not get the special as Fios was not available at my location. So I told him I would pass on getting their service. Chapter II!
1. I have now received 3, yes, three wrong modems. The last one, a Westell 6100, came with not one word of instruction. Just the modem in a box.

so far, a total disaster.
1. Signed up for double freedom of 3 Mbit DSL and unlimited countrywide phone. Great deal offered with several months free. For comparison, current offer is a free notebook.
2. Received startup package. No modem.
3. Had to convince billing I did not get a modem
4. Three days later, received modem.
5. Did set up and was told I received the wrong modem.
