I'm being charged for someone else's account!

Verizon Wireless has one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I began receiving bills from this company for DSL, well here is the shocker. I do NOT have DSL with their company. So, I called the utterly useless 800 number on bthe back of the statement and after 3 hours I was told that another customer's account got mixed up with mine. So, they said they would take care of it. Then a month later I received another bill and I sent an e-mail and called and then it was finally taken care of. Then a month laer this worthless company sent me another bill. And I called again and ended up having to explain the whole ridiculous situation that was the total fault of Verizon. In the end no one was able to help me out and they keep trying to bill me for something that I do NOT even use! I am now receiving calls from a collection agency for this. It is true what they say about this company because of their negligence I have had to have numerous discussions with them but they have not learned anything from their mistakes. Or maybe the company just lacks a brain. You decide. Just remember this if you are dealing with this company.

STOP CHARGING ME FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S DSL! HOW HARD IS THAT?!!

Happened to me. I actually had two cell phones appear on my account.
When the associate forgets to close the window and takes another call
this can and does happen. I freaked out and told them they compromised
my account and they gave me a huge credit.

DSL is archaic. I have fios and love it. If you are totally against
verizon, go to cable, it is so much better than dsl.

Good day
