Resolving Installation Issues

Getting my wireless internet set up had its share of problems, but thanks to Pat Hennigan in the Ontario, CA office I am up and running. Ms. Hennigan was a bright spot in an otherwise painful experience. She is to be commended for her commitment to customer service--she was polite, helpful, patient and understanding.
She deserves a raise or bonus because unfortunately Verizon doesn't have enough employees with her standard of professionalism and needs to keep those bright shining lights like Ms. Hennigan justly rewarded so they stick around.
I wish all customer service representatives were as lovely to deal with as Pat Hennigan.
