I cancelled my fios service around Feb, Mar. 2016 and returned all the equipment. and made it sure any balance i had at that time. confirmed no balance to pay. then $120 charge-off shown on my reports. because of this $120, my credit score screwed up. My bill went up by $70 apparently due to my contract expiring. I called to discuss my options for a new contract and was on hold for over 1 1/2 hours. After spending hours on the phone trying to get through to someone, your system is beyond a mess. It is the worst customer service of any company. I moved to a new location and ordered new service and put a cancellation in my old. The agent was only too helpful to get the new service, gave me his email to contact him and then ignored every request.
