Approximately May 12 I ordered the FIOS Quantum TV upgrade to be installed on June 8 from 8 to 12. I ordered the Quantum premier package at an added cost of around $50 a month and to my over $200 a month present service.

account 7817401312 ordered FIOS bundle last august 2013. as of June 2014 the billing is still wrong. I have spoken to 3 customer services reps and have called a team leader 3 times since May 20 2014- he has not returned my calls.
