In April of this year, I went online to apply for Verizon Fios. I was told that I had an outstanding bill of $162 and some change. I paid it using a debit card. We had Verizon for many years, then my husband decided to try Verizon wireless, a complete disaster. So to get Verizon back we had to pay LARGE connection fees. We relocated from CA to NJ during October 2012. At that time, our Verizon DSL and Fios service was cancelled. I have been trying to get my Watch ESPN app fixed for about 4 months now. I have contacted Verizon many times and every time they claim to have fixed it but it has never been fixed. This is my SECOND complaint against Verizon FiOS billing. Verizon keeps trying to bill us an additional $250 each month for services never provided or rendered.
