Last year on April 24 of 2009 - we discontinued our Verizon home phone and DSL service due to problems with connection and actually getting service.
At that time, we received bills saying we had a credit. We called and they sent that to us. The amount was $20.09. Then they sent the account to a collection agency for the amount they sent us. We called last summer and had it taken care of. They...

Don't get me wrong, I love the quality and so far everything about it, but I just think Verizon Communications is getting way too big to handle the little man like me. I ordered the Tripe play in November and with all of the 90 day discounts and other advertisements my triple play cost was reduced to $40 for the first 3 months and about $63 for the next 3 months.
Verizon billed me for more then this about $90+ for the hook-up month and the next month.
I have called customer service a couple of times at the end of January, obviously Verizon policy is...
