If I had your money, I would have to pay you. I only want my money back.

When I moved from my address 12/2010, I was told by Verizon that I did not have internet in my area and that the internet part of my bundle would be removed. I call Comcast and set up internet with them and continued to pay my bill every month for the services that I still had with Verizon. In 8/2011, I closed my account with Verizon. They never sent me a final bill or the 35 dollar refund I was suppose to get. In 3/2012, I started to recieve letters from a collection agency. Verizon stated that I owed them money for the internet services. After hours on the phone being bounced from department to department, we discovered that I was still being charged for internet service from 12/2010 and because the bundle bill was so difficult to understand, I paid them for internet service that I didn't have and was told that I couldn't have. Then told me that I would recieve a refund for 271.54 and gave me a confirmation number 2439111. Two weeks later, I had to call back, get bounced from department to department again, and tell my long story again in order to tell me that the account was closed on 06/28/12 and that I would receive a refund for 220.62. A week later, I recieved a check for 59.92 I had to call again, get bounced between departments again, listen to them say that they can not find my account and be on hold for 45 minute after I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager just to be told that they understand my situation but they can't give me my money back.
I want my money back for internet services that they told me that I couldn't have but still charged me for. I will go without a phone before I ever give Verizon my money again.
