verizon fios customer

we have been customers for Verizon Fios for three years and like the service, but now i am laid off and i am trying to find a way for us to stay customers, but you guys don't seem to have any desire to try to help. We are on a contract for two years so if we cancel we will get charged a $199 fee but we may not have a choice because you wont do anything or even try to help. We tried to get on a new package deal you have to help us keep your service but you wont let us because we are not new customers. We have been loyal customers since we moved to Indiana and love your service and all we want is a break.
help us keep our service at a lower package deal.
