Fios, unable to complete install on two separate occasions

You have made two appts with me and are unable to install my service. I waited here all day Saturday while he installed just the internet and phone, the video doesn't work in our area, then they made an appt with me for Monday (today) nobody showed, when I called they said its because it still doesn't work in our area. Why wouldn't somebody call me instead of make me wait all day? Now nobody can install my service, I cancelled my cable, now you have wasted two days of my time, and time without pay, and I wont have television at all after tonight. I still dont have an installation date that might work, despite having sat here for two separate installations already.

I would like to be compensated for my time and the inaccurate information I am constantly being provided by Verizon. My order status still says they would be here today between 1 and 3, they decided not to come and didnt notify me. My time is valuble and worth money, I also enjoy watching tv, which is why I ordered this. I will now have neither the cable I once had, nor my new Fios Tv. I have no idea when I might have it.

I want some service credits or equipment upgrades, perhaps wireless cards for my PC;s. An extra Best Buy Card from the promotion or some kind of compensation.

I hope this delay wont affect my promotions, as I ordered all three together and now have only two services.

I was told by the agent yesterday that my call had been upgraded so
that it could be resolved, and they would call within 24 hours. Well
no call, so I call them back, seems whoever I talked to yesterday
never finished processing my ticket so they could see that he had
notes but they went nowhere! So now I have another dispatch
appointment for tomorrow between 8 and 1, but if there is a red flag
(like the boxes unable to activate, like yesterday and Saturday) then
they wont come. So who knows when I will ever have this set up.

Somebody is supposed to call me back if there are any red flags, I
asked for a supervisor and he said he will investigate this for me and
see why they arent installing.

We shall see....

I can tell you from experience, just having my own nightmare of a Fios
install, that they are not going to give you another Best Buy card or
a PC card but they might give you a service credit. I don't know what
area you are in but you will have to call the business office and tell
them you want to cancel everything. That gets you to retention who
will work with you. The phone number of the business office usually
starts with (area code) then 890. Go to their site and find the
business office in your area. Note however, that not all business
offices are FiOS offices. In the NY area, it's White Plains. In the
Maryland/VA, it's the 804 area code.

I can see asking for service credits for the services you will use.
But not Best Buy Cards or Wireless Cards...?
