I don't even know where to begin! i have just plain had it with Verizon Wireless...We have been loyal customers for many years and have multiple phones on our plan. I ordered an upgrade via the Verizon site for a new cell phone. Later that day I received an email stating that the phone was ready to be picked-up. So I drove 14 miles to get it. I cannot have it delivered as it must be signed for and my wife and I work varying/odd hours.

On March 11, Verizon Wireless (VZ) sent me a HTC Droid DNA as replacement for a Samsung Galaxy Nexus (GNex) that had poor battery life. I had used the GNex for 8 months during which the battery life had progressively deteriorated. At the time of exchange, I was NOT informed of any kind of charges for the returned device.
