I JUST bought the Blackberry Storm 2 9550 exactly one week ago. 2 days ago I decided the phone just wasn't for me and decided that I want to return it and just go back to my origional phone (BB Curve). I have contacted customer service multiple times and they say that my account is indeed flagged as a VIP member; however, no one seems to know how to assist me to login to the VIP website. Phone does not ring all of the time. |

My cell phone has not been ringing when there is a call to the phone. This does not happen all of the time but enough to investigate why. It will go to the voice mail without a ring and I may not be aware of the call for several minutes or hours until I check my phone screen. Is this a part of the problems in the merge of Alltel & Verizon?
