billing problem

We had found out about the new policy about the charge for upgrades when we went to upgrade our phones. I complained about this because I was very upset that we had no prior knowledge that the charge was going to start. I got a phone call from the office after I wrote on this website. I was told that I would be refunded my service fee if we purchased the phones. I was to call the person I spoke to back and let her know when I did this so she could fix the bill. I have since called at least 2 times and have not heard from her. My bill was not fixed. Don't tell me you will do something and then not. I am about done with this company!!!!!

I would like to be called back by the person I have left messages for so that we can get it fixed!Not too much to ask.

In addition to posting this complaint on planetfeedback, have you
called Verizon & asked to speak to a supervisor above the person you
spoke to? The one who told you to call her after you purchased the
phones.
