fees for upgrades

They have changed their policy for upgrades. It used to be when you were due you went and got the upgrade. Now, with no notification they are charging an $30 fee, as of april 22nd. We were due for 2 of our phones to upgrade in dec. and did not do it because we didn't need them then. Had we known we would have upgraded then.

At least give us the 2 upgrades with no charge. The others I will pay for but they really should have notified people that were due to make the upgrade because they would start charging this new fee.

Stop back let us know how they respond. BillR. What is the upgrade fee? The $30 upgrade fee applies any time you purchase a new device at a discount, with a contract extension, to replace an old device. This fee is in addition to the cost of the new device and applicable taxes. The upgrade fee does not apply when a new device is purchased at the full retail price. Reply
