Needing our money refunded as promised

Purchased phones and was told when we returned phones we had our Debit card would be refunded the cost of the phones 427.98. The phones were recieved Feb 2, 2012 and restocked in warehouse on Feb 8, 2012. Well now a month later and after a combined 5 hrs on the phone with over 6 different customer Service reps we are told by each one that the previous rep didnt follow the proper procedure or fill out the proper paperwork. Still we have not received our money. It is a shame, if we owed them money they would turn off our service, put us in collections and turn us in to the credit bureau. Not to mention charge interest on money owed. Us regular hard working citizens do not have the dame right or legal representation...if they owe us money we are pretty much just stuck or have a long fight ahead with many headaches.

I would like my 427.98 back on my debit card or check in the mail asap. It would also be nice to be compensated for all the hrs on the phone, forms that had to be done, excuses after excuses and just poor business practice. I think a month of service credit would be nice, but would considered myself lucky to just get the 427.98 owed to me.
