A month long nightmare!

I have had it with Verizon's horrible customer service! I returned an iPhone I had ordered because I didn't like it. I used the return authorization and tracking provided BY Verizon and shipped it back in the original packaging. The tracking number is 58 9465 3006 5036 0724 41. Anyone can pull this up on the Fed Ex site and see that is WAS delivered back to Verizon on July 24th, yet I am still being charged for the phone and, after TWO investigations, being told the phone was never returned, even though my tracking number clearly shows it WAS! I have been dealing with this for nearly a month now and have received the worse customer service and basically been ignored. I returned the phone as instructed. What the people at Verizon's warehouse did with it once it was received is NOT MY PROBLEM, yet Verizon has decided to make it mine. I can't even order a new phone because I am still being charged for a phone they have in their possession AND twice now they have deactivated my Blackberry without my knowledge. I don't understand what it takes to get someone with the brain power to realize that the problem is theirs and to clear my account so I can order the phone I want. I refuse to pay for a nearly 400.00 phone when it was returned to their warehouse and then misplaced?? I have requested corporate contact me about this, only to be ignored and again told the phone wasn't returned. Yet, anyone can run that tracking number and see that it was. I have never been so frustrated and am ready to cancel all 5 lines I have with Verizon. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is disgraceful and dishonest business.
Credit me for my return and return my upgrade eligibility immediately.
