I have sent a letter to Verizon Wireless and received 4 to 5 phone calls to resolve the issue but I was on Vacation and they called my home phone. The person who called and then he even sent me a letter telling me to call him with my issue was Stewart Gonzalez of Executive relations at 412-266-7758 or toll free 888-812-9605. I called back when I got into town and he will not call me back, I have left several messages and called but did not leave messages many times and even Faxed in letters to the fax number 412-266-3646. He will not call back or respond. I have been a customer for 10 plus years and never missed a payment.
As the original letter stated I dropped my phone in water and I told the store that and wanted to see what they would do to replace my phone. I had just renewed so I had no phone credit and wasn't looking for a free phone but one at cost instead of full retail. I could have lied because the water strips in the phone where not wet so they would not have been able to know but I was honest. One guy said "I hope you have an old phone" and I said I don't want to go somewhere else he said they will treat you the same. So is Verizon Wireless trying to be equal to the competition or better or even way better.
I would like to have my phone replaced at this point, I would have said just asked for one at cost but this has been rediculous.
I would appreciate a response.
