Verizon Wireless still insists on making sure they trash my credit, even though I paid the account in full and the problems were caused by their inaccuracies in billing. Seeing as they got their money years ago and within short time of the dispute you would think that would suffice, but noooooo they seem to like to put the screws to people.
Since they refuse to budge, it has become my new mission to get as many people to leave them as I can, or prevent them from doing business with Verizon in the first place. It is easy for me to do that since I own my own company and am all over Houston all of the time. I have three phones on my belt, one is Sprint, one T-Mobile, and one Verizon. It is very often that someone will comment on me having so many phones, and my new policy is to make sure that they know that Verizon sucks to the max and make sure they never get Verizon. This way I can be on equal terms with Verizon, they are costing me money by trashing my credit and I will be costing them customers. I am sure that it won't take too many for me to be well ahead of them on this, there is no telling the amount of damage that can be done day in and day out using this method. Hopefully I can cost them thousands and thousands of dollars over time. They think i will forget, but there is no chance of that.
Since they got all of their money you would think this would be an easy matter to resolve, but apparently not. So .. . . .
VERIZON SUCKS AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN.
