I damaged one of the 5 phones I have with Verizon - called and asked for an early upgrade and it was approved by a call center supervisor. Waited for a confirmation email. This email never arrived. Instead I received an email canceling my order. I called and told that the supervisor had made and error and I was not eligible. I explained what had transpired and this was futile. This Supervisor would not honor the offer agreed to the day before.
I would like Verizon to honor the request and allow the upgrade. That's all.
