On 2-29-2012 Verizon wireless had the Razr Maxx on sale for 199.99. i bought the Maxx on 2-22-2012 for 299.99 im still within my 14 days of exchange or return. I called customer service and talked to Angelia about crediting my account for the 100.00 dollars difference she said she talked to Matt her supervisor and she would not do it. Per Angelia i need to take the phone back to the store return it and rebuy a new phone at 100.00 dollars cheaper. WHAST a waste of time for me and for Verizon. What horrible customer service this is.

Credit my account the 100.00 difference and not return and rebuy

the phone reps cannot.

Yes, it's a pain, but if you want the discount (and a pretty
significant discount at that), It's what you have to do.

No one ever said there wouldn't be any effort on your part.
