Being Conned by Verizon Wireless into a New Contract and Plan

I went in to a Verizon location on June 13, 2012, because I was having problems with my phone and this is the third phone Verizon sent me, with the same problems. The rep convinced me to accept a new phone, keep my old phone, change my number and change my plan. Stating all of this would be more beneficial and cheaper on me....I also informed him 3x I was not signing a new or extended contract and he confirmed I was not..a month later I get this huge bill and I call Verizon and they state that I did in fact sign a new contract and have a new plan that is 60 more.
Eliminate the new contract, the whole entire bill, revert my plan to my previous plan and let me finish until my previous contract is up in January and then I am done.
