5 Towers and Bad Signal Strength

We were told there are 5 towers in our area and that signal strength would not be an issue, however, we experience a lot of dropped calls. Verizon told us we need to either pay $200+ for a signal booster or go to another carrier. Sheesh!

Please don't charge us for a signal booster in our home - we are already spending hundreds of dollars every month for a Family Plan with data packages. We were told that signal strength would not be an issue - please stand by your statement.

You also have to consider other things like what your house is made of
and whether or not you have obstructions between you and the towers.

Here where I live it doesn't matter which carrier you use. All my
neighbors have the same issue - cell phone reception sucks because our
apartment walls are lined with bricks.

Plus it probably doesn't help that we have a lot of trees between us
and the closest tower.

So yes you may have excellent reception in your area.
And still have crap if you're using it indoors.
