Handset problems

Called warranty exchange about continued problems with the Pantech phone that I have. After a few questions, it was best to get a different phone comparable to my phone. Choices were given and I picked a phone. Rep prepated order and informed me that the phone would ship Thursday(6/14) and be to me on Fri(6/15). I got a text from my boss at the address it was being shipped to and was told that the delivery carrier had not come with my package and the was leaving at 3pm. I call Warranty exchange back and they tell me that my phone was still in processing because a supervisor had needed to approve the order to ship with no explanation why it was held up and not shipped as promised. All the rep kept saying was I'm sorry and stalling the process further......I asked to speak to the reps supervisor and she got her, I start to talk to the supervisor and my phone malfunctions and drops the call. No call back from supervisor...........
They need to authorize a overnight Sat delivery and get me my new phone or fax or email and autharization to me to go to a nearby store and get a phone of my choosing and accessories for it and VZW covers the cost of an upgraded phone and accessories and give me 2 months of service for all of the trouble and cover my current bill.
