Just cancel my contract at no cost to me so I can go somewhere else that can handle their business!

I am writing this letter to let everyone out there know not to use Verizon Internet service because it is the worst that you could possibly choose. Not only that, because the quality of the internet is so bad, when you try to get it fixed, they are so incompetent, they cannot not even fix their own program, provide customer service, or let you go when they cannot provide service for you. I have never been more furious with a company in my entire life! Let me explain the situation to you so you will understand my plight.
I decided to go back to school and get a degree online because the demands of my aging parents required me to be at home with them a lot taking care of them, and not very flexible to attend regular campus classes. So I bought a laptop, weighed my wireless internet options and decided to go with Verizon. It has to be the worst decision of my life. About 8+ months ago (I do not know exactly what date it was or when it was) I was prompted by Verizon (VZ Access Manager) to update my device, so I clicked yes. That is when All my problems started. I began not being able to get online. I called tech support several times and they eventually advised me to take into the store and the tech there could fix. After taking to the store they said they had it fixed, but I got home and although it allowed me to get online occasionally, it began to give me errors, kicking me off, and refusing to allow me online. After going through this fora couple months with tech support and the store, they decided my USB device was bad and wanted to replace, but had to do so by mail. Meanwhile, I could not get assignments in either at all, on time, or would get half way through and would get kicked off and would lose them and have to start over. My grades started to suffer. I began getting very frustrated and mad. They sent me a new device but did not send me a new sim card, did not tell me to take out the old one from my previous one and I had already mailed it back. Therefore, I had to wait for another sim card to be mailed to me and I missed even more assignments. Finally got the new device with sim card and got working and still had the same problems but they were even worse. Now, every time I was kicked off, got an error code or was refused online, I had to reboot my laptop. (I think I am putting everything in order) I spent more time on the phone with Verizon than I did with my family and friends. They still could not get it right but still continued to refuse to cancel my contract at no cost to me. They keep telling me nothing is wrong with it, they cannot see that it is cutting me off, or that I should not be having problems. They gave me one month free because of the trips to the store and the missed assignments, but that does not make up for my future. This is affecting my future chances at a job. If my grades are not top notch, I will not land a good job. They do not seem to understand that. The last few weeks have been really bad, and I had a huge assignment that was due on Sunday and I could not stay online and then could not get back on at all. I called in extremely upset and mad. I was told that I could be upgraded at no cost to me and that I should not have any problems with the new device. I asked but if you send it and I do, I want a guarentee that you will then cancel my contract at no cost to me. She advised she did not think I would have any problems. Well, I am sure they thought I would not have any problems out of the last two either. She advised she did not have the authority, but she would talk to supervisor and call me back within an hour. Advised I had the paper due, I had to know asap. She never called. Monday I could not get on at all, I called back and demanded a supervisor. I was transferred to a girl that said she was a supervisor, who said she had all of the authority needed. She could not help my problem but said she would send out the new device overnight and would have me up and running in 2 days. She advised me they have known the device I have was no good. She advised if did not work then, would cancel my contract. She advised she would call me back this afternoon to make sure I got it and get it installed so I get my paper written and turned in before the cutoff time. I received the device today with no battery or sim card. It is just a glorified paper weight. I was beyond furious. I called back again and spoke to a manager (so he said) he advised the supervisor I spoke to on Monday was not a supervisor after all, just a customer relations expert. No authority to cancel my contract if did not work, I would be responsible to pay the cancellation fee if I chose to cancel. He advised would ship out a battery and sim card today, which does not help me with my paper. I will be kicked out of class and charged 1250.00 for the class because this will be the third assignment I have missed thanks to them. He said he "understands" though. I advised I wanted the store to bring me a battery and he advised could not do that, I could go get one. I said if I walked in a store it would be a huge scene. He asked which store I wanted to go to, I told him, he called and the store did not have any in stock. In fact, no stores in a 25 mile radius had any in stock. I am only able to get on intermittently and I am typing fast. Anyway to make this shorter than it has to be, after all this time of dealing with this, I am fed up, I am tired of paying for a service that I am not being able to use 1/3 of the time, and I am tired of all the heartache that goes along with it. I am really tired of hearing that you "understand" because you do not or my contract would be cancelled a long time ago!
I want my contract cancelled at no cost to me so I can go somewhere else that can handle there business. I am tired of paying you a bunch of money a month for a service that I can sometimes use. The jerk of a manager said I was getting some service so he would not consider giving me any additional compensation credit on my account. Some service is not what i signed up for. If I wanted some service, I would have gone to Dumbcast! As far as I am concerned, you are worst than them! The quality of your service sucks, the quality of your customer service sucks, and you could care less about your customers! You have made that very obvious. Well, like they say, word of mouth is the best and worst form of advertisement. I will tell anyone and everyone I see and talk to, as I have been for the last 8 or so months!
