Poor quality of bras?

Basically, I paid almost 50 dollars for one of Victoria's Secret's "Very Sexy" bras. I barely had it for any amount of time and the underwire is totally sticking out of the bra. I cant even wear it. I didnt know you could do anything about it so I kept it and now I have a bra I cant even wear! How useless! I've never had that happen with any of their other bras.

I would like to have the bra replaced with or without a receipt, this should never happen! Especially when you dont even wear it.

When you wear the wrong size bra...the wires pop out. While it is
inconvienent get a bra fitting and try on the bra. Most times no 2
bras have the same fit, so the size you wear in one bra may differ
from another style. Also pay close attention to the care instructions!

I tried to return three like-new bras to VS because they didn't wear
well for the money, and was rejected completely. While I find the
quality of VS underwear, PJs, and loungewear to be quite superior,
I've had nothing but trouble from the bras and now stick with
department stores.

Good luck!

I've had the same experience by BaronessVarla Thu April 3, 2008 @ 1:27 PM

I'm assuming that you don't have the receipt, correct? Do you have a
VS store near you? If so, I'd take it in, even if it's not the one
you bought it at, and talk to a clerk or manager there. It seems to
me that they should be able to tell that the bra doesn't have much
wear on it. I'd at least try that if it's practical for you.
