Please bring back the previous style of your VS Cotton panties. I loved the High Leg Briefs and bought them religiously. Your new ones are different and do not fit the same, even in the same size. They don't offer the right coverage. Please bring the old style back!

This is what I wrote on another blog regarding VS panties:
First response I posted:
I've bought VS cotton panties for many years. Lately I've noticed the change in VS cotton panties also. Especially the ride-up! Ugh!! It was so bad I couldn't wait to get home to take them off!! After work today, I returned the five pairs of VS panties and showed a print out of your comments on this web page to the saleslady at Victoria's Secret. Her only reply was "yes, we do make changes to our items from time-to-time." I was hoping she would offer to bring the subject up to her supervisor or higher up but there was no mention of it.
Thank you to those of you who recommended Soma Intimates. I'll be checking that place out for sure as I liked what I saw on their web site.
Second response I posted:
Well, I got my pair of panties today that I ordered online from Soma. I noticed three things I did not like. First, even though I ordered the smallest size I could find, they were allot larger than my old-style VS panties. Second, the waistband turned out to be not nearly as strong as the old VS style. Third, I've noticed the same "secret pocket" on the Soma panties as what the new VS style has. Now when I say "secret pocket", I mean they were I guess too lazy to sew the crotch area up! How can I explain this better... there is no seam in the crotch in the front but it's sewn in the back part and when I say pocket, I mean you can actually put something inside there. That part that hasn't been sewn in looks like it will "roll" and "bunch up" by the end of the day. I don't understand why they just don't sew it up like it's supposed to be. It's like an annoying "flap." I've checked out Jockey panties in Kohl's. They look like they would be too big. Also bought Hanes panties (bikinis) and they are a little too big but the waist band is the way I like it! I also went to Lane Bryant and was THRILLED that I saw they carried the exact replica of the OLD VS cotton panties BUT a little while later noticed I was in a plus size store! The smallest size panties there was a Size 12! And the name "Lane Bryant" was on the waist band just like Victoria's Secret was sewn in their waist band when they had the nice THICK waist band! Ugh!!!! If only Lane Bryant carried smaller size panties! I would have bought out the store!!!! I really, really miss the old style VS cotton panties and can't find any other place that comes close except Lane Bryant (but are only plus sizes). I'm gonna see if I can speak to someone in Lane Bryant and see if they are willing to make their panties in smaller sizes. Then my search for the perfect panties would be over and done with! Until then, my search continues!

I did too! Victorias Secret has changed and cheapend their cotton panty for the past 5 years, and now it's ridiculous. I have called and emailed the company twice on this issue, and they simply don't believe that many women like the old style, especially when you have thousands of young girls buying their thongs.
Keep pushing on this issue---and stop buying Victoria's Secret cotton panties!

Dang! I buy underwear like once a year, spending lots of $$$ at Victoria's Secret at once. I liked their regular ol' cotton undies. I suppose they've been discontinued, but they were great.
I guess VS needs to make more room for MORE THONGS. Argh!!!
