I made the mistake of trying to buy something from the Northpark Mall store during Christmas time. My brother and I came in looking for gifts for friends and family. The staff was rude and pushy, I think her name was ***** had an attitude with me because I preferred to pay with cash and I refused to apply for an angel's card. The cashier/asst mgr behind the beauty counter was busy stocking up on some 1.99 tote bags she was supposed to be stocking and wasn't helpful.
I emailed corporate that day and heard nothing from them about the situation. It was as if my brother and I didn't matter as consumers. I wondered were black men not welcomed as consumers by your chain. I no longer shop at that particular location, either I order online or I got to the metrocenter mall store.
It would have been nice to have gotten an apology or some sort of acknowledgement. I shop elsewhere and my brother refuses to go back to Victoria's Secret. It was a failure by corporate to do anything, that really angered me.
