BEST ADVISE - if you want to maintain sanity do not EVER get a phone line with VONAGE. I have had one for 5 years and today tried to cancel service - after lot's of time wasted (11/2Hours of run around) and basic BS I was told that I cannot cancel before Jan 11, 2011 - without a HUGE penalty.
