Hard to pay a bill, very poor customer service

I am at the ends of my rope. My husband and I have called over 10 times to get our bill paid. We thought that YOUR workers had our credit card right a few months ago, well apperantly they didnt, they didnt get my husbands email right eaither so I could log on and pay the bill. I dont feel like coustomer service understands the meaning of us wanting to get this bill resolved. I dont think this is fair, we get on the line to talk to customer service to pay our bill and they expect us to know our last bill. I have no friggin way to know what our last bill was because it was on a card that was stolen and I had to report it stolen. We tried to tell customer service that we have no way to tell what our last bill was and they shove us off. They tell us our bill was shoved off to collection which I dont think thats fair because for the last two weeks weve been trying to get our bill paid. And to expect to talk to a manager, HA. We want to pay this bill so we can cancel vonage and get something better. All we want to do is pay the freeking bill.
Help us get our bill paid, weve had money for weeks. I dont know whats hard about that
