 Harrassment over a bill I do NOT owe

About a year ago a friend subscribed to vonage phone service as a gift to me since I was having problems using my cell phone in my new apartment.
My friend has paid the bill since this was a gift subscription but just recently stopped paying the bill.
I have been getting phone calls and voice mails from vonage about this bill no matter how many times I have told them I am NOT responsible for the bill.
I have given them the email address of the responsible party {plus told them she has vonage service for her home phone and they could just look up her number and call her instead of me} and told them at least twice in the last WEEK not to call me again and not to email me {and was told they took my email off their list & replaced it with hers} warning that if this bill shows up on my credit report I will sue. They call constantly on my personal cell phone and leave messages.
I continue to get calls and voice mail from vonage regardless of what I have told these idiots. Besides the fact that I do believe it is illegal to call at 7 AM and 10 PM.
I want them to immediately STOP calling me, apoligize for this continued harrassment, make positive that none of this shows up on my credit report or indeed, I will sue, and if possible, will start a class action suit in order to force them to act responsibly towards their customers in the future.
Vonage is also completely unaware of the area codes they are providing and have no idea what areas their codes cover and provide erronous information about the areas causing people who call vonage customers to incur very large phone bills.
