I called to cancel my service, and what a run around! Then they charge me for 2 lines, and plus the equipment! What do I want the equipment for! The service never worked right, not sure if it was vonage or my roadrunner. So I am billed $175.32, for what! I can see why everyone is frustrated with the service! Ok I accept the charges for the 2 lines of $39.99 each, but what the hell do I want the equipment for? I am willing to send that back!
Give me a refund for the equipment, it does me no good. I will send it back and u refund me the $79.99! Because I will continue to bash this company and warn everyone about it!
