I hope you can help me with this problem.
I have been a loyal customer with Vonage for over four years, through the bad times at the binging, with the bandwidth problems, and the good.
Over the last year, I have had two times when I've had very bad customer service. Last year when Vonage tried to charge me for a router. It took a month to fix that problem and get a credit and now I have another customer service problem.
I am writing today about the problem over the last two days where I have been treated so very rudely by three of your customer service phone people and one of your managers (@ 8PM) made me so upset with his persistent rudeness, that I felt I had been violated as a human being. He refused to give any help with my problem. I know you have a company polices but how can you keep customers when you have no customer service. I hope you can look up my records and find out his name.and train him in correct costumer service.
I switched to Comcast voice because of your customer NOsrvice that I received in Sept 28, 2006 last year. Now when I thought I might be coming because quality of Comcast's product(I think it's because of poor bandwidth), I received this service and it reminds me of the reason I wanted to leave in October but I couldn't.
I am not asking you and have not been asking from your managers anything I don't deserve. I only want Vonage to take off the last charge on my account of $30.62. I have not been charged on my Credit Card but Vonage is still asking me to pay. Please help me. I don't want to leave Vongae with this feeling.
