I have used Walmart pharmacies for years but due to the distance I thought I would try Walgreens, since it was less then a mile away from my residence. Walgreens is committing fraud by attracting Rx customers with reward promises, then claiming exemptions that do not exist in order to avoid rewarding points.
Walgreens made a mistake in processing one of our prescriptions and input that it was paid by government-funded insurance. Although they claim the mistake was corrected and the records rectified, they now refuse to "reward"...

On Saturday March 16th I spoke with my doctor who informed me that he'd be calling in a total of 3 prescriptions. I asked him to call the Walgreens located at 7755 N Durango Drive in Las Vegas, NV as it is closest to my home.
About an hour later I phoned the pharmacy to verify that the prescriptions had been called in and to check and see when they'd be ready. The person that I spoke to said...

i went into the store on 3/19/13 to pick up a few items that i had coupons foir, when i got to the register and handed them my coupons, the store manager on duty advised me that walgreens coupon policy had changed and i would oly be allowed to use 1 coupon per customer per day, even tho the coupons were for different items. i went ahead and paid for the items without using my coupons but lost all...
