I called Walgreens, at Ella and FM 1960 in Houston, Texas, yesterday to change my insurance information so I could pick up a prescription. I hung up after being on hold for 20 minutes. I got a recording that I was the next call to be answered after about 10 minutes. I just called back and was on hold for 25 minutes at 6:30 am in the morning. I finally hung up and called back for customer...

My daughter , who lives in Las Vegas, needed an overpriced prescription filled that she couldn't pay for by herself. Her elderly parents (I'm the angry father) volunteered to pay and were prepared to call that pharmacy from their home in upstate New York to make the arrangements. Impossible! Because a signature from the cardholder is requited. What? From 3,000 miles away? Well, they said you have...

On January 25th I went into Elyria Ohio Walgreens to take my daughter to the Take Care Clinic. She received a prescription and I took it right over to the pharmacy to have it filled. We waited for it and went to pick it up when they called us. I had a few other things that the pharmacy tech rang up for me. When she told me the total I thought it seemed high but not outrageous so I paid it and...

Price Gouging

Victoza. Raised three times in 2011 from $264.00 to $304.00. Started the year of 2012 raising price in January to $345.00. Manufacturer of medication raised price only one time in November of 2011. I left Walgreen to go elsewhere never to return.

Giveme one good reason why the incomprehensible three time increase in 2011. They have never responded to my mailings or telephone calls.
