My wife dropped off our color jet cartridge to be refilled for the first time. The computer system is only two months old. Walgreens tells us a it has been refilled too many times. I opened this cartridge myself when we installed the computer. The manager sticks by the obviously shoddy work of her employees. I only hope they do not perform as badly when they fill prescriptions.
Pay to replace our cartridge because they miss-placed ours.
