You need to respond when people need to check out.

I have called on my phone up to the management office WHILE IN LINE the last three times I have been there,

and today did not get a response at 930am Sunday morning.

This was at the super walmart on Waldo Road in Gainesville.fl

I will stay away for a week or two

and only buy what I can't get anywhere

else. You think you don't have to give

good service, but the money I saved I spent in line waiting to check out.

Could it be possible that since the store was likely somewhat busy
(since there were lines at the checkout) the the manger was actually
out on the floor helping instead of answering a phone?

Maybe if you would have called the normal number instead of the
manager's office the service desk would have been able to page the
manager. Its not like they sit up in the office all day waiting for
phone calls.

Could you, oh, I don't know... shop elsewhere?

I'm thinking that if you want exceptionally fast, great service,
Walmart isn't really the place you should be shopping. You can't
expect Nordstrom level service at rock gut bottom level prices. But
that's just my perspective on the universe.
