I bought a magnavox 32 inch lcd tv at sams club in grapevine texas back in september, 2011. We went to turn it on on june26, 2012 and nothing happened. Switched outlets still no power to tv. Something wrong with tv. I return it to sams club, they say past 90 days there is nothing they can do i tell them i just want to exchange and get a tv that works. I do not want my money back. Still no help. Sams club all over have the worst customer service iright below airlines and cable companies. I cannot believe they do not stand by their products. I can see a policy of no returns after 90 days if you just dont like it, but if the thing breaks or does not work, absolutely rediculous. Sams club pushed me off. Costco is 100 times better at customer service. Will never purchase another product at sams. Very dissapointed

Just replace my tv for like kind,no more or no less. Not asking alot after 9 months for a product that should last several years at least

Here on earth, most stores have a similar return/exchange policy as
Sam's Club. Nine months after purchase? Contact the manufacturer, as
it's on them at this point.

Nine months is too long a time to return it to the store. The TV is
covered by a manufacturer warranty. Contact Magnavox to get your TV
either repaired or replaced. Many stores have a shorter return policy
for electronics. Staples has a 14 day return policy for electronics.

That is what the manufacturer warranty is for. Retailers can't cover
the product forever. Call Magnavox.
