 Not getting service gives you no right to act like a ****en pig.

On December 26, 2005 I went to one of your stores, and there was this customer that was not getting service. He really wanted help and since it was boxing day the store was packed. He claimed he had been waiting for ten minutes and was complaining about the wait. Well anyways he found someone and asked them to help. They could not help him because it was not their area. I overheard him tell the associate that came over to help that if he did not get help in the next five minutes he would go to their men's washroom and start molesting little boys. This comment from the customer disturbed me since I have three sons, 7, 12, and 14 in the store with me. Apparently she called management who called very came over right away and distracted by ringing his purchases and encouraging him to talk about his bad experienve the customer while security came over and arrested him and later took this bastard out of the store in handcuffs. The police were called and everything. I am greatful at how fast this was resolved and at how fast this scumbag was taken out of the store. I am also glad that the associate had the sence to call the manager from a phone away from the customer that was making the sick threats. There's no telling what a sicko like him would have tried if she had made the phone call in front of him. If she had done that he would have left the store quickly that's for sure.
