Another Disgruntled Customer

I checked out at a cash register on 7/7/12 and asked about purchasing a plastic pool that is kept in Lawn & Garden but was told I would have to go back there to purchase it. So when I got to Lawn & Garden no register was open and so I called customer service 3 times asking for someone to be sent back to no avail. I proceeded with my purchase back to the customer service desk and returned every item I had purchased that day so not only did Walmart at 3506 Highway 6 South Houston TX 77082 lose 87.52 that day but they also lost a customer and I went straight to Target where I knew I would receive better customer service than that Walmart has ever provided. Customer service is what keeps people coming back to your stores and this store needs a lot of help.
Improve their customer service to where you have employees willing to help you make money instead of having disgruntled customers you lose due to their actions. There were a lot of employees doing nothing in that store but cutting up with each other.
