Walmart site to store sucks. sent my order to wrong store and then told me I could either come there to pick my item up or they would just send it back. Well I did not know where the new store was. When I found the store the Associates were very rude. She also stated that walmart sent the item to their new store so people could no where it is and come there to shop. Not ver good customer service. Also your store on Samuell Blvd/I-30 in Dallas is a Joke. we waited in line about 1 1/2 hrs. then had to wait while your so-called Manager just stood their runnning their mouth while the store was a muck. This store has no class. THIS STORE IS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME
CLEAN UP THEIR ACT. And get some real management.

Wow. A barbecue chain here closed a store near me, and secretly routed the calls to another location, quite some distance away. People would phone in an order, then when they went to pick it up, found that the restaurant was closed for business, then they'd call back, they were told, "oh, sorry, your order is ready at THIS location, and if you don't come pick it up we're going to call the police and charge you with theft." This happened numerous times and it is a chain VERY well known for being very well managed and staffed, so this was a huge shocker.

If you want class and anything resembling service, shop elsewhere. I haven't been in one in at least two years and can't say I've missed it. There's one in one of the wealthier towns locally, and even that one doesn't have very good service. The selection stank and the prices didn't justify the lack of service.
I've always gotten better service in the Salvation Army than in Wal-Mart. One guess where I choose to spend money.
