WaringPro Deep Fryer Model WPF300SA

Posted Tue December 12, 2006 5:11 pm, by Nancy C. written to Waring/Conair

I purchased a Waring Pro Professional Deep Fryer MODEL WPF300SA At Sam's Club in Manchester NH for $79.99 just before Halloween, I have used this product less than 20 times since that date. This afternoon I refilled it with oil and attempted to turn it on, It would not. This fryer has been drained and cleaned after each use so I know it was not a question of misuse on my part. I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible as I have a very large New Years Eve Party I am hosting where several of the appitizers I purchased/planned require deep frying.

Please contact me as soon as humanly possible with a way we can resolve this problem, I know your products are usually of very high quality, that is why I purchased this particular item, Please help me maintain this image of your company.

I would like them to either replace or repair said item.

I went to Sam's Club's webpage and read their return policy:

SAM'S CLUB Return/Refund Policy
At SAM'S CLUB, Member Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed both on
merchandise and Memberships. Our policy is to refund our Member's
purchases in full with a receipt and without a receipt we will refund
in full with a SAM'S CLUB Shopping Card.

After that, they listed exceptions (such as computers, food, etc.).
But I didn't find anything specific that limits the return/refund
policy.

I would suggest you take it back to the store it came from, with your
credit card on which you charged the purchase, and see what they'll
do! Good luck!
