The creative minds working at DC Comics have striven to recreate Catwoman and doing so, have terminated any sort of relationship between Selina Kyle (Catwoman) and Bruce Wayne (Batman). This has been one of the great cornerstones of the Batman series; the romantic tension between the two characters and now DC is trying to destroy nearly fifty years of plot and quite truthfully, one of the things which I consider to be essential to the Batman universe.
I would like Paul Levitz' position within DC Comics to be eliminated, as I feel he is part of the problem and would only hinder a solution. I would like instead for Jeph Loeb or Geoff Johns to start writing or editing for Catwoman and/or Batman and to have a return to the story characters that I grew up with and until recently enjoyed reading about.
