Your lack of understanding of business accounts

I have three (3) business checking accounts with Washington Mutual Bank with an average balance of $50,000.00. I opened three (3) new accounts that were to be linked to the original three (3) accounts and made over $7000.00 in deposits.
I went to transfer funds between the accounts and found out when the new accounts were set up they were never linked. So all of the money I deposited into the new account has a hold on it and I have no access to this money.
I called the toll free number and was advised unless I can fax them proof that the checks cleared the original bank they could not remove the hold. How fricking ludicrous, I have over $50,000.00 with these idiots, am I suppose to call my customers and ask them to send me proof that the funds have cleared?
I called my branch four (4) times and could not reach a human.
Your bank has no clue what to do with business accounts. You treat your good customers like thiefs because you will open up accounts for anyone.
Not much, I am moving my accounts to another bank that wants my business.

Apparently someone has a lack of understanding of business accounts, and business letters as well. "How Fricking ludicrous" and "These idiots" while tossing around big numbers reflects rather poorly and proves the old adage "Money can't buy you class" is, indeed true.

This letter is horrible. Calling people idiots and alleging customers are treated like thieves (thiefs is not a word) is going to result in your letter being dumped in the trash.
New accounts frequently have holds placed on deposits for 2 weeks or more. You may it sound as though they failed to link the new account with an old account, and this is why the hold resulted. Assuming that in the case of linked accounts there is no hold, it sounds like the worst that happened is a mistake. They gave you the only solution at this point - provide proof the checks cleared.
Like I said, it sounds like the worst thing that happened here is a mistake. While it inconveniences you, hey things happen.

I understand your frustration, but:
(1) Do you really expect to get the results you want with such an attitude-laden letter?
(2) Why not drive to the branch (or any branch, or one of the main bank locations) and get this taken care of in person? I mean, we're talking $50+K, not $500.
